Essential requirements needed from the client include the following.

  • A proper site plan. Meaning, block of land with house/building on it. To scale. (not hand drawn)
  • A building plan to scale, showing Internal & External drainage drawn in red pen .
  • A copy of the existing Sydney Water sewer diagram.
  • Information from Quick-check regarding Boundary Trap area & Surcharge area. (This info will be on your Quick-check receipt for “Special Conditions”
